FAQ – rental management

Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

Curious about how Costamento can make your Spanish holiday home stress-free? Here are answers to the questions we hear most from homeowners. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch – we’re always happy to help.

How does Costamento help maximize my rental income?

We use smart pricing tools, occupancy algorithms and daily monitoring to boost your results. Our clients typically see higher income than when they managed things themselves — all while doing nothing.

What if I don’t get any bookings?

Then you pay nothing. Our model is performance-based: no bookings = no commission. We only earn when you do.

What kind of guests will stay in my property?

We carefully screen every guest and primarily welcome business travelers, families, and remote professionals — respectful guests who treat your home like their own.

For extra peace of mind, we use smart noise and smoke detection sensors. So even though the chances are slim, if something does happen, we’re alerted within seconds and will respond immediately when needed.

Can I still use my property if I want to?

Absolutely! Just let us know in advance when you’d like to block dates for personal use. Many of our clients use their property part-time and rent it out the rest.

How do I get started?

Just fill out the short form on this page. We’ll contact you for a free intake, assess your property’s potential, and if you’re happy, we take it from there.
Setup is fast and seamless.
