Flat is in a good location for Guardamar - with a great beach within walking distance. Good facilities in the kitchen, excellent washing machine and plenty of space to dry. Beds are very comfortable. Pool is brilliant, very deep and entertained our teens for a good few hours every day! The pool is a very small walk away. Two bathrooms worked well. Close to a good food shop and perfect for someone with an allergy. The flat is right next to a busy road so it was noisy on the balconies, the tv works using a mobile phone, there is only AC in the lounge and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Master fan is great, bedrooms 2-3 OK. Parking is on the street and readily available, we had to park at the front a couple of times and in the side street. It’s a personal check in so make sure to contact in advance so that they can be there. We had an issue at check in that was resolved quickly. Thank you Rosana!
